This is the part of our website that we set aside to tell you how we are a family-owned and operated company, proudly serving Massachusetts and Rhode Island for 15 years. We wanted to elaborate on our beginnings and how we are continuing to evolve into the best lawn and landscape company in New England.
But... at this time, it's not about us, it's about YOU !!!
We would sincerely like to take this time to Thank you, our current customer base, for allowing us to be part of your home for the last year, some of you the past few years, and especially those who have been with us for the entire thirteen. This last year brought many challenges. From 40 odd days or so of Spring rain to 2 1/2 months of drought which stressed out many lawns due to water bans, etc... Through it all you stayed with us! In fact, with everything we had to deal with, thanks to you we had the best growth in our history!
We invested in a new multi-line phone system in July which had our customer service efficiencies up to 97.6% by the end of the year. Our expansion to our new Framingham office allowed us to better serve our customers up North and East of our home base in Uxbridge.
It is an honor to be a part of helping with the appearance of your home. Our promise to you moving forward is that we strive even harder to be even better in 2011 and beyond.
